Soup and Arrival:

Last year we had over 400 people attend the event. Every year this event grows in numbers and this year we expect over 500 attendees!

We require 3 gallons minimum. Last year there was not much soup left over. If you can prepare more than 3 gallons and warm it in a timely manner, we suggest you do 4-5 gallons.

Arrival: Please try to arrive at 10:00AM. That much soup takes time to warm!
Upon arrival you can check-in, locate your table. We will show you where to park your vehicle to unload.

Your table will have a table sign with your information on it. If you are only making one soup you may be sharing a table with another Chef.
